Oil management control

CU - Control Unit.
A large keyboard and a clear LCD enable the user to have all the MCO system power at hand. By means of a few simple inputs the operator can:

• be recognized by the MCO;
• digit the JOB alphanumeric, if required;
• select the product to be dispensed, then displayed by the MCO to avoid any mistakes;
• preset the quantity to be dispensed, if necessary.

In the CU/TE version a ticket, issued either automatically or on request, clearly reports all dispensing data.

PU - Power Unit.
Connected to the mains, it supplies low voltage to all system components (different voltage and frequency available on request). All electric connections of the system are located on the large and sturdy housing of the unit (IP55 protection) to simplify and speed up the installation procedure. The PU can directly control up to 4 reels.

EPU - Expansion unit.
Connected to the PU, it controls 4 additional reels by means of the same CU. Two Expansion Power Units can be connected to the same PU thus increasing to 12 the maximum number of reels controlled by the same CU.

LD - Remote Display.
Clear and back-lighted 4" digits for high precision and convenient dispensing even away from the CU:

• Blinking display of the selected dispenser number;
• On-going display of the batch total during dispensing.

GPV - Pulser / Valve Unit.
A single component including what is necessary to ensure a better control of the fluid to be dispensed.

VISION - Level indicator
To be installed in every tank to be monitored.

VISION MASTER - Software inteface
Between the level indicator and the MCO software, for the integrated management of the tank level in the PC with the MCO software.

PC interface
The software MCO for the management of the dispening in the (integrated with the software to manage the tank level, Ocio Desk).

Tank configuration
The software permits the configuration of every type of tank. Besides the standard tank, cylindrical or cubic, any shape can be set. By selecting "Customer Tank" the tank information table can be compiled up to 100 points.
